The Business Dictionary defines it as "The activity of determining the workflow, equipment needs, and implementation requirements for a particular process..."

As a process designer, I evaluate your business and engineer a process/workflow that will accomplish your day-to-day business goals using tools that will do the most for you, the most efficiently. I can set them up exactly the way you need to keep your business rolling without all the time-and-life-sucking repetitive busy work. I can even build you a portal that will allow you to see everything you need in one place.

I am all about efficiency
I have worn many hats throughout my career. I have performed just about every offline and online Administrative task there is, and if there is one thing I hate, it is unecessary repetition. Too often the solopreneur does the same task over and over again (think invoicing, quotes, social media posting, contact management and email marketing), creating an unnecessary vacuum of time and energy. We can fix that.

I love to find solutions
When my clients run into road blocks, I find myself asking, "Why is this our only option for what you want? What if we had a solution that does this?" The end result is that I either scour the globe for that perfect tool or I create one myself.

I can make it simple or you
There are many automated tools out there, but the problem is most are too hard to set up and use for the typical end user, and they don't offer more than one solution. The entrepreneur is forced to have multiple platforms and it gets very confusing. Let's simplify it.

  2. If you decide to hire me for a Process Design or Custom Solution Design Service, your Consultation fee will be credited towards that service.

Process Consultation
If you just want my advice about what tools would best fit your situation and instruction on how to set them up yourself, you can schedule a Process Consultation for $35.00 an hour.

Process Design
If you would like me to set up your systems for you, I can be hired for Process Design starting at $20.00 and hour.*

If Custom Solution Design is what you need, that is charged at $40.00 and hour.* (Maybe you need an affiliate program created, or a portal where you can see everything you are tracking in one place)
